Totem Poles to a Shared God

Videos Home

They built totem poles where they settled
Each one ornate, tall and strong,
To state they are great and claim their stake
For under God they can do no wrong.
But a few hundred meters away are others
Who built themselves a totem too
To tell they were here before the newcomers
And that they were right, God knew.
Each community builds their totems
So that in times of War, God wont leave them in the kurch
They insult the God which they claim to worship
By calling their totem a mosque or a church.
