What Say The Man?

Poems by Topic ::: Poems in Irish

What say the man who speaks of others
When little he does know
He says a lot of what he knows little
And his ignorance he does show
By appearing to be of knowledge
In the things of which he does declare
Of the business of others
Of whom he does know little off and less for care.

Should he know the hurt he causes
When he speaks of others wrong
And tells tall tales thats damages names
And spreads vile roumers along...
And should he find he in error was
And he to apologise can
Will he be brave enough so to do?
What then say the man?
