Would You Risk
Your Life For Cheese?

Poems by Topic ::: Poems in Irish

Mouse
When he goes to eat, the mouse he takes
His life in his very claws
He risks to get the cheese or crumbs
Landing in the moggys paws.

Would you, if just for food for life
Put your life itself in danger to live
Let us be as brave as a mouse
And honour to yourself you give.
