Quiet Hours Passing Slowly

Poems by Topic ::: Poems in Irish

Quiet hours passing slowly
Day that was young is getting older
And a day that was never warm
With a growing breeze is getting colder
As the sun circles the sky
And the day - once born - will slowly die
We lead our lives in the same way
Day to day, you and I
Each thing we do matters little
The world will turn regaurdless of what we do,
Quiet hours are passing slowly,
Relish the peace, times like this are few.
