To the average Irishman this name may not mean much, but to anyone working in the area of civil rights for the minority Roma in Europe, this is a name that rings a bell. Author of the book "Black Silence" that threw open a light on the Lety concentration camp of WWII, Paul today works with the Roma IDP's in Mitrovica, Kosovo. |
